Registration and operational profile
You supply company details plus an operational profile: total agents, agents genuinely available, states, verticals with real experience, dialer, recording and retention, QA process, operating hours and traffic sources. This profile drives which campaigns you are shown, so accuracy here determines whether the matches you get are useful.
Verification
A short call with an account manager confirms identity, understands your operation, and verifies that your stated available capacity is real. It is not a re-run of the form — the manager has your profile in front of them. Overstating capacity at this stage is the most common reason a center struggles later, because campaigns are allocated against what you said you could do.
Selecting and activating
Once verified you see campaigns you are eligible for, with full payout and requirements. Activation runs eligibility check, terms acceptance, training, and a certification quiz. Certification is per agent and cannot be transferred between agents, campaigns or facilities.
The first two weeks
Expect scrutiny. New centers usually start with volume caps that lift as approval rate and QA scores establish. Do not treat early caps as a lack of confidence — they exist so a mismatch is caught at twenty transfers rather than two thousand. Focus on approval rate rather than volume, because that is what unlocks the cap.
Common questions
How long does the whole process take?
Registration and the operational profile take about six minutes. Verification is scheduled at your convenience and lasts five to ten minutes. After verification, activating a specific campaign takes roughly fifteen minutes.
What if we fail certification?
You can retake it. Two consecutive failures route you to your account manager for a short coaching call rather than allowing further silent attempts.
